Why join

Early, senior, and set up to grow

This isn't a cog-in-a-machine cloud job. The practice is forming now — so the people who join early get real ownership, real AWS-funded work, and the certifications to go with it.

AWS-funded real projects

We structure eligible work so it's co-funded by AWS programs — meaning real migrations and GenAI builds for real customers, not internal sandbox demos.

Sponsored AWS certifications

ASAL sponsors your AWS exams and training across the cert ladder — Foundational through Specialty. We invest in your credentials, not just your output.

Arabic-first regional work

Native Arabic and English delivery on regional time zones. You'll work directly with MENA customers — fluent in local compliance and data-residency realities.

The backing of a 450+ firm

ASAL Technologies has engineered software since 2000 with 450+ engineers across Palestine, Jordan and the UAE. You join a startup-feel practice with enterprise muscle behind it.

Senior-only, no handoffs

Your work isn't passed down a chain. Architects own engagements end-to-end alongside the founder — you build it, you ship it, you stand behind it.

Shape the practice

Founding members set the playbooks, pick the tooling, and define how we deliver. Get in before the curve and help build something from the ground up.

Grow on us

The institution behind you

A startup practice with a 25-year firm behind it

ASAL Cloud is small and forming — but you're never working without backup. The AWS practice sits inside ASAL Technologies, one of Palestine's largest software R&D firms.

Roles we're opening

Open roles — draft, and growing

The practice is forming, so these are the roles we're opening as we grow — drafts, not a fixed headcount. If one fits, introduce yourself; if you're close, tell us anyway. Expand a role to see what it involves.

What you'd own
  • Build and maintain AWS infrastructure as code — Terraform, CloudFormation or CDK — across customer accounts.
  • Design CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation that senior engineers actually want to use.
  • Stand up secure, multi-account landing zones on Control Tower for net-new estates.
  • Wire up observability, FinOps guardrails and incident runbooks for managed-AWS customers.
Apply for this role
What you'd own
  • Design target AWS architectures for migrations and net-new builds — security, cost and resilience first.
  • Run Well-Architected Reviews across the six pillars and turn findings into a remediation plan.
  • Lead the technical conversation in assessments and shape which AWS funding programs a project qualifies for.
  • Set the architecture patterns and reference designs the rest of the practice builds on.

What you'd own
  • Plan and execute migrations off on-premises, Azure and other clouds onto AWS — in rehearsed, reversible waves.
  • Modernize off Microsoft licensing — SQL Server to Aurora, .NET and Windows to Linux and managed services.
  • Use AWS Database Migration Service and standard tooling to move data with rollback plans ready.
  • Run cutover rehearsals so go-live is a non-event, not a gamble.
Apply for this role
What you'd own
  • Build GenAI proofs of concept on Amazon Bedrock — RAG over customer documents, classifiers and support agents.
  • Ship working prototypes in 60–90 days that end in a real demo, not a slide deck.
  • Handle the unglamorous parts well — evaluation, guardrails, retrieval quality and cost control.
  • Bring GenAI fluency to Arabic-first use cases across MENA customers.
